 So 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and add 2-3 drops of same cast or oil to it. Mix it a little and apply it on your lips . Now for that matte finish, take a tissue paper and dab it on your lips and there you have it. Now if you want to go a little overboard with your look, apply some brown eyeshadow using cocoa powder like this. And for those Smokey eyes apply the same Kohl like so.
